Imperial Software Systems Refund Policy
All subscriptions are licensed and you agreed to the License Agreement terms upon purchase.
- Subscriptions canceled within the first 15 days upon initial purchase will be refunded in full regardless of the reason.
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at anytime and access will expire at the end of the monthly anniversary.
- Annual subscriptions can be canceled anytime within 30 days of the anniversary date (before or after). After that, only 50% of the remaining subscription fee is refundable.
- All unlicensed accounts will be closed. All client data will be scrubbed and unrecoverable at the end of the paid licensed period. It is important YOU download any data prior to cancellation. There will be no recovery options on our end.
- Credit card refunds will be processed back to the initial credit card.
- Checks will be issued within 15 days.
