Problem: How do I create a custom signature for my email messages?
Solution
Open MS Outlook, go to Tools > Options. View the Mail Format tab. In the Signatures section, choose the email account that you would like to create a signature for. Click the Signatures button. Choose New. Enter a name for your new signature and choose to either start from a blank signature or from a preexisting template. Click Next to create your signature. When done, click Finish.
You can now select this signature for your new messages or replies and forwards in the Mail Format tab in the Options dialog box.
