My computer is acting strange / not working properly? Can you help me?

Yes, we can help you, but it is first recommended that you RESTART your computer system. A clean restart can solve many problems that are currently afflicting your system per your last instance of use.

If a restart did not fix the problem, please call a technician at 516-797-7302.

I can’t connect to the internet? What should I do?

This can result from a number of problems but a quick possible solution is to power cycle your modem. Unplug the power to your cable modem or router and let it sit for sixty seconds. After this time, reconnect your modem or router and wait for it to complete its boot. Check to see if you are able to connect to the internet.

If you are still having connection problems, a technician will be happy to assist you.

How many Web site changes / modifications am I allowed per month?

This is contract specific, but typically we allot three minor changes per Web site per month. A minor change includes modifying text entries or swapping images and the like.

Changes do not rollover from one month to the next. Speak to a technician for more details and exceptions.

How many email addresses were allotted to me with my hosting package?

Again, a contract specific question. Each hosting package includes a set number of email accounts. View the package details here. To activate these accounts, please call a technician at 516-797-7302.

My email account is getting flooded with spam and junk mail? How can I stop this from happening?

Imperial is proud to offer a new spam filtering service to get rid of your unwanted junk mail. Please see our spam filtering section for more details, or contact our sales team to process your spam filtering request as soon as possible.
